interval join boundaries and conversion

HI

One quick question regarding interval join.

How is 'join" working regarding boundaries of ranges, for example, if I have a range A 1-5 and range B 5-10, and value is 5, to which range is till be joined?

Also, is a conversion to numbers needed or Anatella does an implicit conversion?

Hello Mario,

In your example, the ranges A and B are defined in this way:
range A: 1<= x < 5
range B: 5<= x <10
