Hi
you whether has not the rights to write into this temporary file or the disk where is locate is full.
We suggest to change the folder where the temporary Anatella files are stored to a bigger one or with the writing rights such as c:\soft\tmp
Our Anatella quick guide section 4.5.1 Selecting the directory containing the “HD cache” / “Gel files” shows you exactly how to change the location of this temp folder.
